Streptomyces sps Genome sequencing and assembly

Endophytic Streptomyces species are emerging as promising sources of bioactive natural products but remain relatively underexplored. In this study, we report the genome sequence of an endophytic Streptomyces isolated from tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) with high metabolic potential.
