As part of a CURE in Bucknell BIOL302 Microbiology Spring 2025, we isolated total DNA from both commercial probiotic beverages (water kefir, dairy kefir and kombucha), locally available raw milk kefir and homemade tepache. We had the 16S V3/V4 and the fungal ITS sequenced at seqcenter.com
