Bulk RNA seq of Amyloid beta treated and untreated peripheral monocytes

Bulk RNA seq profiling of human peripheral blood monocytes exposed to amyloid beta or left untreated. Monocytes were isolated from adult donors and stimulated in vitro with amyloid beta to assess transcriptional changes involved in innate immune responses relevant to Alzheimer s disease. These data include paired end RNA seq libraries from control and amyloid beta treated monocytes.
