Porphyrobacter Genome sequencing and assembly. Porphyrobacter

Genus Porphyrobacter are the majority of cultured AAP (Aerobic Anoxygenic Phototrophic) strains, which belongs to Family Erythrobacteraceae and always indicates bacteriochlorophyll a as their characteristic. This project is relevant to gemomic sequencing of the whole family. The sequence data of this project is used for genome report and bioinformatic analysis of Porphyrobacter.
