The Mathworks MATLAB script <b>analHarmonicShape.m</b> processes measurement data to produce the graphs in Figure 8 of the manuscript and the colored Table II. These graphs show how close to harmonic modulation is the actinic light of the Harmonizer based on different amplitude settings.
