Raw Illumina MiSeq paired-end read sequencing output in FASTQ format of 24 samples of sheep and goat feces from far western New South Wales, Australia. The reads have been de-multiplexed into 24 separate samples, with one file for each sequencing direction. Samples consist of mixed <i>rbcL</i> and ITS2 reads. Further information on each sample can be found in the key to localities spreadsheet.<br>
