<strong>Metabolome of Freezing Tolerance in Apple</strong>

We selected annual branches treated at -10 ℃, -15 ℃, -20 ℃, -25 ℃ and -30 ℃ for 'Guoguang' metabolome determination and annual branches treated at -10 ℃, -15 ℃ and -20 ℃ for 'Fushi' metabolome determination. Other low temperature treatment conditions were the same as above. Six biological replicates were performed for each sample.本研究选取经-10℃、-15℃、-20℃、-25℃及-30℃低温处理的‘国光’一年生枝条进行代谢组测定，选取经-10℃、-15℃及-20℃低温处理的‘富士’一年生枝条进行代谢组测定。其余低温处理条件与上述一致，每个样本设置6次生物学重复。
