The intestinal microbiome in dogs with chronic enteropathies with or without cobalamin deficiency : a comparative study

The primary objective of this study was to characterize and compare the intestinal microbiome in dogs with CE with and without cobalamin deficiency. The secondary objectives were to describe the effects of cobalamin supplementation on the microbiota, and compare the effects of oral versus parenteral cobalamin supplementation on the intestinal microbiome in dogs with CE and hypocobalaminemia.
