Metadata is managed by GovData in CKAN. They can be read out via the interface without logging in. The metadata structure DCAT-AP.de is described here: https://www.dcat-ap.de/
An example retrieval for the search word Kindergarten is e.g.: https://ckan.govdata.de/api/3/action/dcat_catalog_search?q=kindergarten&format=rdf
The endpoint is available in the formats RDF, Turtle and JSON-LD. The links can be found in the information about the data files.
The original metadata of the deliverables can also be searched and combined via the corresponding endpoint of an Apache Jena Fuseki Triple Store using SPARQL queries. In comparison to the CKAN API, additional metadata transmitted by data providers are also displayed via the triplestore.
