Dataset for: Evaluating microRNA-720 and microRNA-1275 as non-invasive biomarkers for fetal neural tube defects

This dataset contains anonymized clinical, biochemical (MSAFP), and molecular (microRNA-720 and microRNA-1275 expression) data from a case–control study evaluating biomarkers for fetal neural tube defects. All data have been fully anonymized in accordance with ethical guidelines to ensure participant confidentiality and compliance with institutional regulations.
