Benchmarking cell preservation protocols for single cell RNA-seq.. Homo sapiens

We applied several preservation methods to a cell mixture of three cell lines from human and mouse and used the 10X Genomics Chromium platform to capture the cells and to prepare the sequencing libraries of the preserved as well as a fresh cell mixture.
