Workplace Exploitation Scale (Wex-5)

This is a five-item workplace exploitation scale developed using both exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses. The scale's validity and reliability have been established, and the development process of the scale has been published in a reputed journal. There is no need to secure any permissions to use this scale for research.
