资源简介:
This collection comprises images from a Level 2 Descriptive Historic Building Recording at High Faverdale Farm, Rotary Way, Faverdale, Darlington, County Durham. The work was carried out by Archaeological Services Durham University in January 2025. The objective of the project was to provide a record of the building in its present state. High Faverdale Farm was established in the early 19th century. It originally comprised a single range of buildings, with a stone-built threshing barn in the centre, an ancillary stone-built structure likely to be a granary to the east, and a brick structure (probably the farmhouse) at the west end. The survival of these original structures is very fragmentary, and none preserve any original features.
