Next-generation sequencing (NGS) has revolutionized systems-based analysis of cellular pathways. The purpose of this study is to provide an overall solution for parallel detection and in-depth analysis of a large number of samples using mainstream sequencing platforms after rapid targeted linear amplification of thousands or even tens of thousands of sites such as SNP and indel on the premise of ensuring amplification uniformity.
