In the wake of an antibiotic crisis, there is an urgent need for an alternative therapeutics. Phage and phage elements that are now being considered as effective treatment modalities must be well cataloged with maximum genomic characterization to avoid unintended consequences. This project aims to develop a library of a well characterized diverse phages that have therapeutic potential.
