Reaction pathway analysis of high-efficient carbon sequestration mutant of Gymnococcus gracilis

The utilization of inorganic carbon sources by high-efficient carbon sequestration mutant under different CO2 concentrations was studied, and the key enzymes and metabolic pathways involved in the process of inorganic carbon uptake and utilization were revealed.The key gene modules and core genes of mutant to achieve efficient carbon sequestration in response to high carbon environment were screened, and the functions of core genes were explored.
