To investigated the therapeutic mechanism underlying the sitagliptin improves vascular endothelial function in obesity, we performed bioinformatics analyses on the expression profiles of long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) and message RNAs (mRNAs) in the aortae from obese mice with or without sitagliptin treatment. The animals were divided to the following three groups (3 mice per group): (i) C57BL/6J as Vehicle group; (ii) C57BL/6J were fed with high-fat diet for four months without oral sitagliptin treatment (DIO); (iii) Oral SItagliptin treatment (3 mg/kg/d) of high-fat diet-fed C57BL/6J.
