We provide comprehensive proteomic profiling of the E3-independent E2-conjugating enzyme E2O (UBE2O), including: (1) UBE2O-catalysed self-ubiquitylation sites mapping and (2) NEM-modified hUBE2O C1040 peptides identification. Dataset includes raw spectra, and processed identification files.Raw data were analyzed using MaxQuant (version 2.4.2.0) searched against hUBE2O FASTA (Q9C0C9) alone or together with human Ubiquitin FASTA (P62987, P62979, P0CG48 and P0CG47). For ubiquitylation sites identification, the (GlyGly) remnants search was enabled.
