Ancient DNA of the Toronto Subway Deer Adds to the Extinction List of Ice Age Megafauna

All data required for phylogenetic analyses for the publication "Ancient DNA of the Toronto Subway Deer Adds to the Extinction List of Ice Age Megafauna", includes alignments and xml files. XML files beginning by 03_SNAPP were generated in Beauti for the BEAST software, their naming convention includes the reference species (odo = WTD, rangi = caribou, bos = cattle) and the data filtering as described in the paper. 01-plinkDist-all-noMissingD-SNAPPmod.nwk file is the starting tree supplied to the SNAPP analyses the two fasta files are mitochondrial DNA alignment including several cervidae and odocoileini species, respectively. The alignments were created in MEGA using clustalW and removing all missing data, ambiguous bases and singletons.
