To investigate transcriptional role of TGME49_203980 on type II Toxoplasma gondii (ME49 Tir1), an auxin inducible degron system was introduced to control the protein expression of TGME49_203980 after adding IAA. Overall design: Transgenic parasite ME49 iKD TGME49_203980-3HA-mAID was treated with IAA for 0h or 12h then total RNA were extracted for deep sequencing.
