Average Nuclear PWS Data.csv.

The “Average Nuclear PWS Data.csv” file contains all values plotted in the violin plots. Each row is a single nucleus which has information for the name of the experiment it was collected in (“Experiment” column), the type of treatment done to the cell (“Condition” column), the protocol used to label the cell (“Labeling Protocol” column), the target of the probe or sgRNA used (“Labeling Target” column), the average RMS value of all pixels in the nucleus (“RMS” column), the average RMS value normalized by the population average RMS of the control (the live cell or wild-type condition imaged in each experiment; “Normalized RMS” column), the average D value of all pixels in the nucleus (“D” column), and the average D value normalized by the population average D of the control (the live cell or wild-type condition imaged in each experiment; “Normalized D” column).
