Datasets for Kopuatai peat bog eddy covariance tower site, Aotearoa New Zealand

In late 2011, an eddy covariance tower site was established within the Kopuatai peat dome, an approximately 10,000 ha ombrotrophic natural peatland in the Waikato Region of northern Aotearoa New Zealand. This repository collection consists of a compilation of datasets covering the first 14 full years (2012-2024) of measurements of CO2 and water vapour fluxes and supporting environmental measurements. The eddy covariance tower site is located at coordinates: 37.3878° S 175.5538° E, approximately 5 m above mean sea level.
