Porcine conceptus together with its surrounding endometrial tissues were profiled using the 10x platform to identify intercellular crosstalk and global expression changes associated with embryo implantation in each cell type The study included pregnant include endometrium tissue (n=1) of non-pregnant pig, maternal-fetal tissue (n=1) and peri-blood (n=1) of pig on gestational day 15.
