Gene expression in Schizaphis graminum with and without carried CYDV-RPV

This project was designed to detect changes in gene expression in greenbug aphids (Schizaphis graminum (Rondani) over a 20-day time course with and without carried cereal yellow dwarf virus (CYDV-RPV). Whole aphids were sampled with their resident microflora. The aphids fed on initially uninfected wheat over the time course.
