RNA sequencing on molecular mechanism of oltipraz on glycolipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic mice

Oltipraz is one drug that is used in cancer, liver fibrosis, and cirrhosis. However, the role of OLTI in regulating sugar and lipid metabolism, inflammation, oxidation stress, and insulin resistance was recovered.The negative control (NC), T2DM animal model (T2DM) models, and T2DM models treated with oltipraz (OLTI) and metformin (MET) were constructed. The RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) was performed on pancreatic tissues in NC, T2DM, OLTI, and MET groups.
