Can positive learning experiences during aged care placements improve student mindsets and motivate employment in aged care?

An interventional study with pre and post testing to investigate whether the intervention can postiively improve the mindset of nursing students towards aged care nursing, and their interests in pursuing a career in this specialty. Data will be obtained through questionnaires/surveys.
