In this study, we comprehensively analyzed the molecular mechanism of epididymitis in animal model by RNA-sequencing. The differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in response to invading bacteria were identified and their functions were analyzed by Gene oncology (GO) and KEGG pathway analysis. The differential expression of some DEGs were further validated by real-time PCR. We anticipate our results could helpful in develop therapies for epididymitis.
