Simulated NSCLC WGS 30x sequencing (tumor) with custom Bamsurgeon-based pipeline . 72 NSCLC variants (TCGA-62-A472.vcf in this dataset) were spiked on a 30x coverage NA12878 normal sample (available at 10.5281/zenodo.11204563).This dataset has been created in the context of 1MG WG9 use cases interest group.Simulated sequences were created by researchers at Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC) in collaboration with collegues at IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele (OSR).
