To better define the pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory activity of PW,the high-throughput RNA-Seq analysis was conducted to obtain the transcriptomic profiles of PW treatment on the macrophages in the absence and presence of the LPS stimulation 12 samples of THP-1 derived macrophages RNA-Seq profiles,control group and treatment group(hybrids-PW, TLR ligands LPS or both the hybrid-PW and TLR ligands LPS stimulus) each group had three replicates.
