资源简介:
Water quality pollution is particularly serious in rivers, exploring how water quality pollution affects bacterial community structure and interactions.Bacterial community structure of 13 sampling sites in the main stream of Jinjiang River was sequenced based on high throughput, and statistical methods such as PLS-DA analysis and network analysis were used to study the characteristics and differences of bacterial community structure under different levels of water pollution, and correlation analysis was conducted to determine the main environmental factors affecting the changes of bacterial community structure differences and interactions. The abundance and diversity of the top two phyla with abundance greater than 1% were higher in the lightest water pollution (low) than in the other two taxa (middle; high), the cyanobacteria differed greatly under different water pollution, the thick-walled phyla differed significantly between groups, and the bacterial communities differed significantly under different water pollution. NO3 was the main environmental factor affecting the bacterial community structure. The network analysis showed that the phylum Methylobacterium was the core bacteria of bacterial community interaction under different water pollution levels, and the stability and complexity of bacterial communities and connectivity gradually decreased with the increase of water pollution. Water quality pollution affects the structure and diversity of bacterial communities by changing the physicochemical properties of water bodies.
