Long-term NDVI Trends in Türkiye (2000–2024) Derived from MODIS Time Series

This dataset contains NDVI-based vegetation trend analysis results for Türkiye for the period 2000–2024 derived from MODIS MOD13A2 satellite data. The dataset includes:- Annual maximum NDVI composites (2000–2024)- Mean annual maximum NDVI raster- Sen’s slope trend raster- Mann–Kendall p-value raster- NDVI trend classification raster Annual maximum NDVI composites were generated using Google Earth Engine. Pixel-based trend analyses were performed using Python with the Mann–Kendall test and Theil–Sen slope estimator. All raster data are provided in GeoTIFF format. The scripts used for data processing and analysis are also included in the dataset.
