PTR-MS Dataset for a Multipurpose Building with Commercial Kitchen Sampling

The dataset consists of quantified gas-phase organic compounds from a commercial kitchen. The data averaged to 3 minutes for all phases, for regular calibration from the calibration cylinder and liquid calibration. In the newest version, the regular calibration and liquid calibration were combined into one file for each phase. The chemical formula shown in the file is in H+ form. The detailed chemical information is shown in the supplementary information of the manuscript, and the chemical are listed in the ReadMe file that accompanies this dataset.
