In this work, we use untargeted shotgun metagenomic sequencing to profile the GM of pediatric patients with COVID-19 and with age- and sex-matched healthy subjects. Futhermore, to our knowledge, we provide the first profile of the pediatric gut virome in response to SARS CoV-2 infection.
