Whole Genome Bisulfite Sequencing for Different Maternal Diet Interventions on Offspring NAFLD

In order to investigate the effects of different maternal diets on offspring non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), liver tissues were collected from offspring male mice. Prior to pregnancy, female mice were exposed to either a maternal normal-fat diet (NF), a maternal high-fat (HF), a maternal methyl donor supplement (H2S), or were transitioned from a HF to NF (H9N).
