please unzip and look at Readme.txt<br>the dataset contains extracellular single unit recordings that were either performed non-simultaneous or simultaneous to one another in the weakly electric fish Apteronotus leptorynchus. <br><br>The RAW data has been processed, Spike times, firing metrics and stimulus metrics have been extracted and are provided in the deposited files. From there on all codes are supplied to do 2nd order analyses (i.e. spike count correlations for signal and noise response similarity or stimulus reconstruction for estimation of mutual information) to recreate the visualizations in the manuscript.
