Exome analysis of mouse temperature-sensitive mutant strains.. Mus musculus

To identify the genomic variants present in mouse ts mutants (tsFT101 cells and tsFT50 cells), we performed exome sequencing analysis and compared exon sequences of ts mutants with that of parental FM3A cells. tsFT50 and tsFT101 cells were established from FM3A cells by mutagenesis with MNNG. The ts mutants complete cell division at a permissive temperature, but the cells shows defects in cell division, such as multinucleation, at restriction temperatures.
