<b>2.5-D Local Hybrid Simulations of Hot Flow Anomaly Formation with a Tangential Discontinuity-Directed Electric Field on One Side</b>

This dataset contains the results of local hybrid simulation runs of a hot flow anomaly formed by the interaction of a tangential discontinuity with a planar shock. The cone angle change on either side of the tangential discontinuity is +15° and 60°, below and above the discontinuity, respectively. The dataset includes ion densities, ion temperatures, magnetic field components, ion bulk flow components, electric field components, and current density components.
