Characterisation of Greek pepper (Capsicum annuum) landraces and varieties under organic farming conditions in Greece (2024)

This dataset contains trial data from the characterisation of Greek pepper (Capsicum annuum) landraces and varieties evaluated under organic farming conditions in Greece in 2024. The trial was led by Aegilops as part of the Horizon Europe LiveSeeding project (T1.1 Dynamic Management of Plant Genetic Resources). The dataset includes agronomic, phenological, fruit, yield, quality and stress-related traits, including plant characteristics, fruit descriptors, yield performance, sensory evaluation and biochemical parameters.
