Main data file and legend

This Excel file includes two spreadsheets. The first, labelled "Data file", includes the data needed to run the main mixed modeling in our paper. The second, labelled "Legend", describes the variables. Please note that commas and ambiguous punctuation have been avoided so that the files can be exported as CSV files. Also, please note that, due to conservation concerns and legal requirements, population locations have been withheld. Instead, we present the latitude and longitude of populations, both rounded to the nearest 5 degrees.
