This study includes 16S rRNA-gene sequences (V3-V4 region) of bacterioplankton monthly sampled from the Blanes Bay Microbial Observatory (BBMO). It contains 11 years of samples from the 0.22-3 µm size fraction and 10 years from the 3-20 µm size fraction.
