Enhancing Eyecare in Unconscious Patients: Investigating the Impact of a Comprehensive Training Program for ICU Nurses in Ghana

Education can enhance knowledge and practice of eyecare among intensive care unit
The results showed knowledge and performance of the nurses were not
desirable in the pre-test phase in both groups. However, after the intervention, the mean score
of the knowledge and performance of the nurses increased notably in the experiment
group (p<.001). Comparison of the two groups after the intervention concerning the
knowledge and performance was statistically significant (p<.001).

教育能够提升重症监护病房护理人员在眼科护理知识与实践方面的素养。研究结果显示，两组受试者在预测试阶段的知识与技能水平均不尽如人意。然而，经过干预后，实验组护理人员知识与技能的平均得分显著上升（p<.001）。干预后，两组在知识与技能方面的比较呈现出统计学上的显著性差异（p<.001）。
