资源简介:
The emergence of bacterial antibio-resistant genes (ARGs) from the environment is a major matter of concern. The AntibioThau Ifremer's project (2021-2022) aimed to study the ARGs bacterial distribution following geographical and anthropogenic pollution gradients and season variations in the Thau lagoon. Four compartments: seawater, sediment, Loripes and farmed oyster, have been sampled on four sites of the Thau lagoon. Bacterial isolates were obtained by culture in TCBS media from the four compartments, with or without the antibiotic ampicillin 50g/mL or tetracycline 20g/mL, at 20 or 37C. Whole Genome Sequencing was performed in March 2024. DNA was isolated from 19 strains using the NucleoSpin Tissue Kit (Macherey-Nagel). The concentration of each sample was adjusted to 0.2 ng/l for library preparation using the Illumina Nextera XT DNA library preparation kit according to the manufacturer's guidelines. For each library, paired-end reads of 150 bp were produced on the Illumina NextSeq 550 platform (Bio Environnement, Perpignan).
