Transcriptome analysis of PELI1 knockdown in RAW264.7 macrophages

RNA sequencing was performed to investigate transcriptomic changes induced by PELI1 knockdown in RAW264.7 macrophage cells.shNC-RAW264.7 (control) and shPELI1-RAW264.7 cells were plated at equal densities and cultured at 37 C with 5% CO2 until 70% confluency.Total RNA was extracted using TRIzol reagent, and sequencing libraries were prepared and sequenced by Sangon Biotech (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.This study provides a preliminary dataset for identifying PELI1-regulated genes in macrophages.
