Whole genome sequencing of a chimpanzee pedigree

Whole-genome sequencing of blood samples of a three-generation chimpanzee (Pan troglodytes) pedigree. Blood samples were provided to the Przeworski Lab at Brown University by the Primate Foundation of Arizona in 2005. DNA libraries were prepared for sequencing in 2020 by Genewiz using a PCR-free protocol and sequenced on Illumina HiSeq 2500 with 2 x 150 cycles to mean fold-coverage of between 16 and 44X.Sample IDs: 1031, 1034, 1059, 1064, 1076, 1078, 2003, 2047, 2073.(female sample IDs start with 1, male IDs start with 2)Family structure:Founders: 1031, 1034, 2003 (parents of F1). 1059, 1064 (parents of F2).F1: Progeny of 1031 & 2003: 2059.
