Abbreviations: NHC: no histological changes; NIC: no inflammation changes; TS: tissue surface; FCD: focal cell degeneration; DCD: diffuse cell degeneration; MiMI: mild mononuclear in-filtrate; MoMI: moderate mononuclear infiltrate; SMI: severe mononuclear infiltrate. Interpretation: hsHeart ≤ 0.9 means a mild cardiac damage; hsHeart > 0.9 but ≤ 1.8, means a moderate damage; and hsHeart > 1.8 means a severe damage.
