These source data of transcriptome analysis were derived from Vitis vinifera 'Cabernet Sauvignon' and Vitis pseudoreticulata 'Huadong1058'. The leaf discs of these two grapes were subjected to RNA-seq analysis at 6,12, and 24h after inoculation with Plasmopara viticola. Leaf discs were inoculated with ddH20 as a control.
