资源简介:
Colonic mucosal pseudolipomatosis (CMP) is a rare mucosal lesion of the colon. Most patients are asymptomatic, while some present with abdominal pain, diarrhea, or bloating. However, cases complicated by hemorrhage are extremely rare and have not been previously reported. Endoscopically, CMP manifests as solitary or multiple scattered white plaques in intestinal segments, manifesting as a "snow-white sign." This article reports a case of CMP with hemorrhage following colonoscopy. With the increasing incidence of CMP in recent years, endoscopists have gained deeper insights into this lesion. The vigilance is warranted for its potential association with hemorrhage. In addition, in order to avoid such iatrogenic injury, endoscope disinfection monitoring should be paid more attention
