Lumbopelvic Functional Connectivity

This dataset corresponds to the manuscript titled, "Task-Based Functional Connectivity and BOLD Activation During Within-Scanner Performance of Lumbopelvic Motor Tasks: An fMRI Study". This research examined brain activation and task-based functional connectivity during lumbopelvic movements. The SPM.mat file covers the data that was used in the whole brain analysis. The excel file is the bivariate, ROI-to-ROI z-transformed correlation values that were extracted from the CONN toolbox.
