Effect of sunflower HaCWINV2 on nectar traits, pollinator attractiveness and microbiota

This dataset includes data collected in the frame of a study on the effect of a nectary-expressed invertase of sunflower on pollinator attractiveness, nectar and floral traits and nectar microbiota. The dataset includes: - Measurements of nectar volumes and sugar quantities of sunflower - Measurements of floret morphological traits - Quantification of pollinator visits across 4 field trials - Variant table of a panel of cultivated sunflower lines at the HaCWINV2 locus - Variant table of a panel of wild sunflowers at the HaCWINV2 locus - 16S rRNA OTU tables from amplicon sequencing analysis of sunflower nectar samples - fungal ITS OTU tables from amplicon sequencing analysis of sunflower nectar samples
