TEDLH: TED-to-CATH HHM database

Users of this library are requested to cite this work (doi:10.6084/m9.figshare.28531754) in any publications, presentations, or derived resources that utilize TEDLH.This database is a version of the TED database mapped to CATH domains and filtered for a maximum pairwise sequence identity of 30%.TEDLH is a library that can be searched by HHblits and HHsearch. It is divided divided into HH-suite databases of i) tedlh_class1 (168,863 HMMs spanning 1,559 CATH superfamilies); ii) tedlh_class2 (230,774 HMMs spanning 1,043 CATH superfamilies); and iii) tedlh_class3 (365,611 HMMs spanning 1,926 CATH superfamilies).For more information about HH-suite databases please read the HH-suite databases section from the HH-suite User Guide.
